Rare! Vintage French Double Dome Bird Cage

Very collectible Double Beehive Dome Wirework Bird Cage
Cage was most probably used to sell birds in the open markets of Paris prior to World War II.
Very nice and interesting object!

Hand made iron birdcage with domed form
Wire mesh construction
Two feeders in each cage, central bar with hook atop cages
Each side has a door that is held closed with a wire that is raised and removed to open the doors
Each side has a swing and wall mounted cups for water and seed
Dome is firmly attached to a metal yoke with a hanging hook in the center
Very decorative piece!

Condition: oxidized patina, otherwise very good condition
