Vintage Design
For sale is a good quality George II Burr walnut chest on chest, having a flared cornice above an arrange of five drawers in the top, each with herringbone inlay and banded edges, flanked by canted corners. The bottom chest is complete with a further three drawers over bracket feet. All of the handles and escutcheons appear to be original to the chest and overall the piece is in very good condition, showing slight signs of wear commensurate with age and use.
